Producer agreement
Producer Terms
Last updated: 26 July 2026
1. Who may submit
Individuals and companies may submit productions. Producers must provide accurate identity, residence, address and tax information. A minor may only enter a binding submission, rights assignment or payment arrangement with the verifiable authorisation or representation required by the law applicable to that minor.
2. Ownership and clearance
The producer warrants that they created or control the composition, master, performance, vocals, samples, loops, stems and every supplied file, and that all third-party material is royalty-free for the intended use or fully cleared for an exclusive worldwide transfer. Evidence of licences and consents must be retained and supplied on request.
3. Exclusivity
From acceptance for publication until withdrawal or sale, the producer appoints GP by SP.Studios to commercialise the track exclusively. During that period the producer must not publish, release, sell, license, promise, submit or make the same track available to another party. The producer may request withdrawal before sale, provided no payment or active transaction is in progress.
4. Sale and assignment
When the customer completes payment, the track is removed from sale. The producer assigns, or authorises GP by SP.Studios to transfer, all exclusive worldwide rights of exploitation that are legally transferable for their full legal term, in accordance with the buyer’s signed assignment. Legally inalienable moral rights are not represented as transferable.
5. Package and product information
The standard package contains master, premaster and consolidated stems. MIDI, editable projects, presets and plugins are optional and are supplied only when expressly listed. The producer must deliver working, complete and accurately described files and cooperate with reasonable corrections before publication.
6. Commission, tax and payment
The producer earns 70% of the net sale price excluding VAT; GP by SP.Studios retains 30%. Valid refunds, fraud and chargebacks may be deducted or recovered. The producer share is paid by bank transfer or PayPal within seven days after payment is confirmed, subject to identity, tax and invoicing requirements. Depending on the arrangement, the producer may invoice the company or use an agreed self-billing procedure.
7. Copyright claims and indemnity
The producer is responsible for unlicensed or unauthorised content and must cooperate in any claim. GP by SP.Studios may temporarily remove content, suspend payment and request evidence while investigating. If infringement is confirmed, the company may terminate the relationship, withhold or recover affected sums and seek reimbursement of reasonable losses, claims, costs and penalties attributable to the producer’s breach.
8. Confidentiality, withdrawal and termination
Private customer, commercial and platform information must remain confidential. The producer may withdraw an unsold track on request. GP by SP.Studios may reject or remove content that does not meet quality, legal or commercial requirements, or terminate access for a material breach.
9. Law and acceptance
Spanish law applies, without overriding mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Electronic acceptance and the stored submission record form evidence of agreement.
