Legal NoticeTerms of SaleProducer TermsPrivacyCopyrightCookies

1. Scope and order

These terms apply to purchases of exclusive tracks, optional editable projects and other digital content from GP by SP.Studios by consumers and business customers. The product page, checkout summary and order confirmation form part of the contract.

2. What is included

The standard track package contains the final master, premaster and consolidated stems. MIDI, editable project files, presets or other materials are included only where the product page expressly says so. The first successfully completed payment secures the track.

3. Price, VAT and invoices

Prices are shown in euros. The final tax treatment is calculated from the customer’s billing country, customer type and, where applicable, a valid VAT identification number. Spanish supplies carry Spanish VAT; qualifying intra-EU B2B supplies may use reverse charge; EU consumer supplies may carry VAT in the consumer’s Member State; and supplies outside the EU are treated under the applicable place-of-supply rules. The checkout displays the final tax and total before payment.

4. Delivery

After payment confirmation, the purchaser receives access to the files through the account library, order confirmation or private delivery link. The purchaser must save the delivered package securely and must not share access credentials or download links.

5. Transfer of rights

Upon confirmed full payment, the purchaser receives the exclusive, worldwide rights of exploitation that may legally be transferred, for the full legal term of those rights, as detailed in the signed assignment supplied with the order. This includes commercial release, distribution, reproduction, communication to the public, adaptation, synchronisation and monetisation, subject to applicable law. Moral rights that are legally inalienable remain with their author.

The purchaser may later assign the acquired rights in full under a written agreement. Any later assignment is the purchaser’s responsibility. The purchaser may not sell multiple copies of the source package, distribute stems or project files as templates or sample packs, or purport to grant overlapping exclusive rights.

6. Digital-content withdrawal

Delivery begins immediately at the purchaser’s express request. A consumer who expressly consents to immediate supply and acknowledges the resulting loss of the statutory withdrawal right cannot cancel merely because they changed their mind after supply begins. This does not limit mandatory remedies where content is defective, unavailable, misdescribed or not in conformity.

7. Claims and chargebacks

Delivery, technical or conformity problems must be reported promptly with the order number and supporting information. Fraudulent chargebacks, duplicated claims or unauthorised access may lead to suspension of files and accounts while investigated.

8. Liability and law

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules for consumers in their country of residence.
